Our process

Step 1 - Grind the floor

Proper Floor preparation is key to obtaining a long lasting coating. We use a walk behind
diamond grinder which opens the pores of the concrete and removes any contamination
on your floor.

We use a specifically designed polyurea material that gets harder than concrete but is
more flexible, which keeps cracks from reappearing. Any cracks are cut open with a
diamond blade to ensure a great bond for the repair material.

We apply polyurea to your freshly opened concrete pores in either a gray,tan, or mixed tint to match your flakes! This is the first layer to your protective coating.

We hand broadcast 100% flake coverage, giving the color and texture to your floor.
These flakes are made from recycled vinyl and can be customized to match anything
you desire!

We scrape the decorative flake to get an even, smooth surface for the topcoat. We then
vacuum all excess flakes.

We use a 100% UV stable polyaspartic topcoat. This top coat has excellent chemical,
impact, and abrasion resistance. Using this topcoat makes it possible for foot traffic in 8
hours and driving your vehicle on in as little as 24 hours.

Valence-Repair Product

Our Repair product is designed for rapidly rebuilding deeply spalled or damaged concrete, as well as broken control joints and cracks. Our specifically designed polyurea repair product gets harder than concrete but is more flexible, which keeps cracks from reappearing.

Valence-Base Coat

We use Polyurea which contains 100% Solids making it several times more durable than Epoxy. Our Polyurea is more flexible meaning the material can move with the concrete when there are major shifts in weight and temperature, protecting your concrete from chips, cracks, and its resistant to chemicals!

Torginol-Flakes

Decorative vinyl color flakes also known as chips, create a texture that provides anti-slip qualities. C&E stocks 15 colors and more are available upon request.

Valence-Top Coat

We use an ultra-high solids polyaspartic topcoat. This top coat has excellent abrasion, impact, and high tolerance to heat. It’s also is resistant to chemicals,antibacterial, antimicrobial, and 100% UV stable. With Valence Polyaspartic we can add a slip resistant additive into the top coat to increase the anti-slip properties of the coating. Fast cure times make it possible for foot traffic after just 8 hours and drivable after 24 hours. C&E floors are non-porous which makes them moisture resistant and also very easy to clean/maintain.
